About David
I'm a real estate photographer based in Barre, Massachusetts. I've been photographing homes for six years, working with Massachusetts agents to list their properties across New England. I am very hands-on at my appointments. If something needs to be moved to make the shot work better, I'll happily help move it. The best editing tool I have access to is being in a room myself and moving things.
I respect your time. Everyone's time is valuable, and everyone is served by honest representation. Prospective homebuyers can only see so many properties, and nothing feels worse than being excited to see a home and feeling like you've been deceived when you walk through the door. By doing a bit more hands-on work at the appointment, I seek to ensure buyers will walk into the home they expect to and, like me, be able to see it in its best light.
Recent Work
Professional, honest photography that shows the property accurately and makes it look its best.
Where I Work
I cover a wide range in New England, from the Worcester area out through the Pioneer Valley and north to Vermont and New Hampshire. If you're not sure whether your listing is in range, just ask.
I built my business on working in communities across the state, not just the premium markets. Whether it's a condo in Worcester, a colonial in Leominster, or a farmhouse near the Quabbin, I'll show up and do it right.
For Sellers & Agents
A little prep goes a long way. These are the basics that make a real difference in the final photos, and they're all things you can do before I arrive.
Countertops, tabletops, and bathroom vanities should be as minimal as possible. Gather any items that will need to be moved at the appointment into boxes or laundry bins to easily scoot from room to room. Closets and shower curtains remain closed for photos, so they are great places to get things out of sight.
Check each lamp, overhead and under-cabinet light. If it has a switch, flip it and try to replace bulbs if possible. Warm, lit rooms photograph better than dark ones, so I'll be turning on everything I can at the appointment.
For exterior shots and drone work, a clear driveway and front of the property makes a significant difference. Park across the street if you can.
Natural light can make all the difference. You can help by opening curtains and raising all blinds before the appointment. I'll open everything for photos, so checking them beforehand can reveal dirty windows and dusty window sills.
Move trash cans, garden hoses, yard tools, and toys. Gather items together that can't be moved into the garage so they only need to be moved once.
